General FAQs about the Products

1.    What products would you recommend for a pregnant woman?

Optimals, Omega-Q, Magnical-D, Vináli, Moa, PureNourish, Beauty Boost, Power Boost.  

Nutrifii Optimals are an excellent prenatal option for expectant mothers. Particularly, they are an excellent source of folic acid which is a nutritional necessity during pregnancy. They also do not contain vitamin A, and instead use beta carotene, which becomes vitamin A in the body according to its needs, avoiding unnecessary stomach upset generally caused by vitamin A supplements.

Omega-Q is also highly recommended as a very high quality fish oil that is key for fetal brain development. 

Magnical-D is rich in magnesium, which has been shown to decrease the risk of toxemia, also known as preeclampsia.

*Note: our products do not contain iron. A woman should add iron supplementation during pregnancy as well.

2.    Are there any products you do not recommend for pregnant women?

Rejuveniix.

We do not recommend any type of stimulant during pregnancy, such as coffee or caffeinated tea or soda.

However, if you are currently weaning yourself off of products such as these, we suggest switching over to Rejuveniix for a safe way to come off stimulants. 

3.    Is there any nickel in any of the products in the brands you sell?

There is no known nickel in any of our products. 

4.     Are product ingredients organic?

Because these ingredients are bought from all over the world, each market has its own organic certification process, making it very difficult to obtain an organic label.

While our products do not hold the certified organic label, they are all subjected to rigorous testing that actually goes one step further.

Every single ingredient is tested to ensure they are negative for any pesticides or contaminants before manufacturing. 

5.     Do any of your products contain any HCA (Hydroxycitric Acid)?

There is no HCA in any of our products. 

6.    What are the capsules made of?

We use a pharmaceutical grade animal (bovine) gelatin. This is an optimal capsule material with a measured dissolution rate (how long it takes to dissolve in the body). Our capsules are certified BSE/TSE free.

If the demand should every rise in any of our other markets, we would consider expanding this option to these areas as well.  

*Vegans/Vegetarians: Open capsules and pour contents into a shake or mix with food or beverage and throw the capsule away. 

7.    How do I know that the use of plastic in the handling or packaging of your products isn't harmful?

The Puritii plastic bottle is made from medical grade silicone which is BPA-free and has no hormone disrupting chemicals in it.

Our Nutrifii bottles, including MOA, are also BPA-free and do not interact with the product.

Reviive bottles have undergone rigorous testing to ensure that there is no leaching from the plastic into the product.

8.    How much caffeine is in Rejuveniix?

100 mg per serving. 

9.    How do your products test for heavy metals in the ingredients and/or product? Is it tested in house or by a third-party?

Each of the raw materials are tested upon receipt, to make sure they meet physical, chemical and microbial specifications. This included heavy metals testing.  

This testing is conducted by an ISO-accredited independent, third-party laboratory.

10.    Are ALL of your products free from animal testing? Cruelty-free?

Yes! The products are free from animal testing.

11.    Looking to see if there are any nut allergens in any of our products. More specifically in the PureNourish line.

PureNourish is free of all nuts, wheat, gluten, dairy, and soy!

12.    Information on products for hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism? Advice from the company on what combination of products would help with polycistic ovary syndrome and Ankylosing Spondylitis Aspergillosis?

13.    How are the products being tested for heavy metals in the ingredients and/or product?

These tests are conducted by third party laboratories that follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and use validated methods for testing. 

14.    How long will your products last me?

If used daily with recommended use, the Nutrifii and Slenderiiz products will last you about 28 days.  

15.    Are any of the products particularly helpful with menopause?

A good multi-vitamin and multi mineral along with omegas are beneficial during menopause.  

16.    Are there stearates used in the products?

We do not use stearates in our products. 

Where most companies use stearates as flow agents we use rice bran, which not only avoids the potential health issues of stearates,  but also provides beneficial phytonutrients and trace minerals.  

17.    Are the bottles and lids of supplements recyclable?

Yes! The bottles and lids for our supplement bottles are recyclable.

18.    Is it safe to overdose on the Nutrifii products?

Yes, it is particularly safe to overdose on the following products:

• Biopro-Q

• Moa

• Omega-Q

• Rejuveniix

• Restoriix

• Vinali

Too much calcium intake from Magnical-D can result in having kidney stones.

If overdosed on the Optimals, please call the Poison Control Center immediately.

20.    Are any of the products safe for pets to use?

Yes! They are:

Moa, Slenderiix, Xceler8, Slenderiiz Day & Night Drops, PureNourish Natural, Reviive Conditioner, Reviive Shampoo

If you are concerned, please consult your veterinarian before using.

Please avoid using Priime Oils other than Fractionated Coconut Oil around your pets as the ingredients may be toxic to them.

21.    Can I apply both Jouvé and NuCerity to my body?

Yes! They both serve different functions to your body.

22.    Do the Nutrifii products meet the WADA Prohibited List standards?

We can confirm that the Nutrifii products meet the WADA standards. 

All Nutrifii products are currently certified through Informed Sport.  LGC, the test laboratory that conducts all of Informed Sport’s product samples, uses a list that is compliant with WADA prohibited lists, as well as the lists from INADO (Institute of National Anti-Doping Organizations), SENr (UK’s Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register), USSA (US Ski & Snowboard Association), SDA (Sports Dietitians Australia), ESSNA (European Specialist Sports Nutrition Alliance) and others. 

They have a constantly evolving list of substances that they test for to always maintain compliance with the ever-changing regulations, which is why they are seen as the Gold Standard of anti-doping certifications.

23.    Why are my Omega-Q and Biopro-Q capsules sticking together?

As the weather warms up, we receive reports of Omega-Q and Biopro-Q soft gel capsules sticking together in bottles.

This occurs because the heat makes the gelatin capsules become soft and sticky.

In a bottle, this results in the capsules sticking together in a large clump, which may be too large to fit through the mouth of the bottle.

Pulling the capsules apart at this point can result in tearing of the gelatin shell and the leaking out of the oil within.

If this clumping happens, don’t worry — there is a way to break apart the clump without breaking the capsules.

Simply place the bottle in a refrigerator for a few minutes to allow the capsules’ temperature to reach approximately 4°C, then pinch the sides of the bottle to break the adhesion of the capsules to the inner wall of the bottle, and then gently shake the bottle from side to side.

The clump will break up and release the capsules, which can then be taken normally. The efficacy of the capsules is not affected by cooling or shaking.

24.    Why aren’t all your products certified?

Our products are continually being vetted and considered for further testing and certifications.

These certifications represent a significant investment in time and financial resources.

Because of this strategic commitment, our products are only certified under the most beneficial certification programs.
